My experience at Hamilton, dentistry was amazing.Everyone was so kind and polite and professional.

Nice place, great employees! I will be returning today to begin my healing in my gums! Alleluia to our Lord of Heaven and Earth! I can walk from home to this wonderful family Dentistry Location!

My first visit was ok until the dentist said that I couldn’t get my regular teeth cleaning coz i need a scaling first which they charge me for over 1000$ for this. i already did scaling in my previous dentist, 4 months before and it’s been covered by my insurance. If i need to do scaling again, i need to pay it from my own pocket. The reason i change my dentist because its close to my home. But i was very disappointed coz they try to get money out me and denying me for my basic dental cleaning which its cover by my cigna plan. And i already report it this to cigna to investigate this practice. I do not need another scaling and when i told them no, they refused my basic cleaning covered by insurance. I will never come here again.

Very caring staff and Dentist. A little long wait time but no complaints

This was a very disappointing experience. My husband and I are long term Cigna members, and I chose this provider for him as it is located near our home. After his initial visit on September the 9th, 2024 they gave him information that he needed a scaling done, even though he had just had one, not even 4 months ago. They quoted him over $1,000 because insurance only covers this procedure once every 2 years. We also scheduled his 6-month routing cleaning exam for October the 15th, 2024, only to find out that they refused him this basic benefit covered by insurance, because he informed them that he did not need another scaling. That he only wanted his covered insurance benefit, of a routine cleaning. He had to cancel his appointment for refusal of basic dental care because they tried to basically get more money out of him pushing him into this procedure he just had done in the Spring. We have already filed a formal complaint with Cigna to investigate this practice and refusal of basic dental care, when these 6-month cleanings are covered in our dental plan. Beware of this practice if you don't want to be pushed into unnecessary out of pocket expenses, before they would schedule you for your paid benefit cleanings. We will not return to this practice.

Today I went for my new patient on-boarding appt at Hamilton Family Dentistry. I recently changed insurance companies and was looking through the company’s database of approved dentists and found the one!!! The biggest take away while searching was looking for a young, modern and upcoming dentistry in my area, this place checked off ALL of my list. The website was appealing and easy to navigate through. Forms could be completed at home saving time. The front desk attendants and dental hygienists were all very approachable with great smiles 🙂 the place inside itself was clean and modern. Everything was to my liking including Dr. Nolan, who made the whole experience run smoothly and effortlessly. I can actually say I look forward to my next Dentist appointment !

Every step of service was warm and welcoming while being professional in every way. A well oiled machine.

This place is amazing. They make you feel completely comfortable and have new technology that they use to help patients understand what is going on in complete detail. You’re not just looking at an X-ray you don’t understand. There’s no long wait and they’re skilled enough do do most dental work. I’m looking forward to making this my permanent solution to dental care. They have an awesome staff who make you laugh and make you feel welcome.
