Let me start off by saying I knew something was wacky about this dentist office, don't get me wrong the Doctor was awesome very knowledgeable as well as the dental hygienist, however Mary is and was very unprofessional, freely coming in the rooms while patients were being worked on having pointless conversations, not only does it violent HIPPA law it is very unprofessional. There was lack of communication about billing/amount due, therefore when I decided to take my business somewhere else I was hit with a bill I had no knowledge of. She hung up the phone on me simply because she didn't do her job- informing me (The Patient) of such charges prior to my call. I know my rights sweetheart I can play this little game with you. Stay clear of the overly nice people like herself because the first time you expose a fault within her she will turn into the devil, as what she did to me.
