The service was horrible, they will have you sitting in a room for an hour after your appointment time until you’re almost sleep. When you’re ready to leave because they’ve took so long to see you ,they will make up something to not service you anymore. One visit I had a woman follow me to my car asking me a bunch of questions about me leaving the office. Then when I would call to schedule an another appointment they would always reply with “Andrew is in a meeting” ,instead of telling me that they didn’t want to service me any longer. It was a sign all along. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They over book and are costly. Not trustworthy with false claims and a waste of time.

Not very friendly to new patients they don't follow up in a timely matter and wanted to send me to other doctors when I was told over the phone that we can do it all...I went into towson and got fit in accordingly with a dentist that in fact...did it all...

I had an absolutely wonderful new patient experience!! Every person I met was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely care about me and my patient experience. I have a long way to go with my dental health, and Dr. Nolan made me feel like she would be there every step of the way. I would recommend this practice to everyone I know.

Dr and Technicians were amazing, and made me feel very comfortable. I am a nervous dental patient, and they worked to make me calm, and to understand all the steps. Highly recommend

Had to switch Dentists because of ins. reasons so I was a little nervous but it was such a great experience! Clean office! Friendly staff! The doctor has a great bedside manner!

I had a wonderful experience! They let you know ahead of time what you need before you get anything done. Everyone was very kind. Dr Nolan and Kenni did an excellent job on prepping me for my crown. I had no pain at all! I recommend Hamilton Family Dentistry highly! I am very pleased!

Much like another reviewer, I was not told the dentist who did my work would be out of network. I assumed this was my mistake until I went to another dentist office that was upfront before even booking me to make sure the dentist would be within my network. Additionally, on my first appointment was not a consultation with transparency like my new dentist, but rather I was there for hours on the first appointment getting cleaned right away, again with no knowledge I would be charged a large fee for not being in network. I had hope for this office as the office seemed nice at first, but now I feel was taken advantaged of compared to the experience I’ve had recently at a new office.
