The absolute best experience I have ever had at any dentist office. I had a terrible experience as a child and they helped me get over my fears as a 32 year old. Treated me kindly, with respect, and most importantly with patience. They listened to me and I am happy to say they have gained a new patient. I can’t wait to tell my family and friends about them.

Very engaging and informative!

First time patient at Hamilton Family Dentistry and I had a wonderful experience. The staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. The doctor is extremely well versed in all aspects of Dentistry and was able to offer many options. I was pleased with the high-tech aspects of how they conduct their business. The scanning process is cool! The financial staff did an outstanding job creating a very thorough spreadsheet outlining the costs and coordinating same with the insurance company. I'm very pleased!

The service was horrible, they will have you sitting in a room for an hour after your appointment time until you’re almost sleep. When you’re ready to leave because they’ve took so long to see you ,they will make up something to not service you anymore. One visit I had a woman follow me to my car asking me a bunch of questions about me leaving the office. Then when I would call to schedule an another appointment they would always reply with “Andrew is in a meeting” ,instead of telling me that they didn’t want to service me any longer. It was a sign all along. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They over book and are costly. Not trustworthy with false claims and a waste of time.

Not very friendly to new patients they don't follow up in a timely matter and wanted to send me to other doctors when I was told over the phone that we can do it all...I went into towson and got fit in accordingly with a dentist that in fact...did it all...

I had an absolutely wonderful new patient experience!! Every person I met was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely care about me and my patient experience. I have a long way to go with my dental health, and Dr. Nolan made me feel like she would be there every step of the way. I would recommend this practice to everyone I know.
