I had a great experience with a great team. The bed side care and professionalism shown by Octavia and Dr. Nolan made my dental visit awesome. For a root canal and cap procedure performed, I was fearful of the pain but both made me laugh and made the experience the best dental visit I've had in years. Thanks Octavia and Dr. Nolan again.

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but Hamilton Family Dentist makes it easy and ensures you are comfortable during your visit. Really appreciate the caring environment they have created. Polite people great atmosphere. But I felt like my concern wasn't met with urgency because they fixed it the way they wanted to which left me in pain for the weekend . They're closed on Friday Saturday Sunday and I'm still in pain and no one can help me until Monday and I'm still hurting. But I'm sure when I call Monday they will then fix it for real so I'm in no more pain. Bc I went in with no pain n came home to nothing but pain about 1hr later. I have been alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen since Wednesday and it's now Sunday. Still face swollen n still in pain . But bc I like the people I'm willing to give them a chance to fix this issue.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. No actual wait time. I had a great hygienist named Nikki. She did a great job. She commented on a job well done with my flossing.

Updating to 5 stars because Dr. Wolfson and the team were warm, skilled, and professional. The office manager personally apologized for a billing error and offered a refund, which I later received by mail. I also appreciated that they respected my decision to cancel a future appointment as a self-pay/uninsured patient, without any pressure. They took accountability and made things right.
